Registration & Payment

Everyone who wants to participate must register individually and fill out a Google Form with the needed info. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after successful registration within 24 hours.

Please choose one of 4 menus to be served during the Gala dinner.

If you're arriving in Osijek, please specify the exact date, time and place so transport can be arranged. (this will not require additional payment).

It is important to specify if you'd like a single or double room. Since the number of single rooms is limited, the capacity will be filled according to the principle - FCFS (First come first served). Refunds will not be made after payments.

If you need accomodation to be arranged for you in hotel before or after conference, please specify so when registering (76€ for single room, 92€ for twin).


The conference fee for participants is 350.00€ (Twin room) or 380.00€ (Single room) for the full program. It includes:

3*night in hotel

Welcome cocktail (two cocktails, one water and finger food /per person)

2*Lunch (Friday and Saturday)


1*regular dinner, international evening and Gala dinner

4*Coffe break

Workgroup sessions

City tour (transport, exploring the wine region with a proffesional guide)

Transport from and to arrival and departure places

Transport is also available whole time (for official events outside the Hotel).

Payment is only possible by bank Transfer.

Please note that transaction costs are NOT included in this amount, so Bank transfer charges have to be paid by the participants.


In order to ensure that your payment is successful, you MUST enter (in description field) NAME AND SURNAME of participant or participants, your LC and Country, name of conference. (EXAMPLE- Tedy Bear Arch, LC Osijek, Croatia, SID conference).
